Using bigdog digital's services couldn't be easier! Follow these steps & you're in business.

  1. Choose which product or service you require.
  2. Fill your shopping cart & pay online securely with PayPal... or;
  3. Send us an email with your requirements & we will give you a quote for payment.  
  4. Send us your CD's, DVD's, Video tapes etc...

  1. An email to confirm receipt of your items.
  2. Fast, efficient, professional service.
  3. Your required amount of duplicated CD's, DVD's etc as specified in your order;
  4. Free delivery for orders of 50 or more. (Of anything!)
  5. A tax receipt showing your order, including GST.
  6. Loyalty rewards for using bigdog digital's service. (You will see this when your order is returned!)

  1. ALL artwork requirements are to be supplied by the customer.  Art must be supplied at a minimum of 300dpi, preferably in CMYK in PDF, JPEG, EPS, TIFF or PSD formats. (We cannot guarantee the finished results of artwork supplied in RGB or in formats such as BMP or GIF or at lower than 300dpi resolution) Please ask if you are unsure. We will be happy to advise if your files are suitable to print. Please also ask for artwork templates (such as CD/DVD printing or booklets) if you are unsure of the requirements for your order. Extra artwork, if required, will be charged on an hourly basis (we will contact you if it is necessary to do so).
  2. bigdog digital will not reproduce CD's or DVD's for you if you are not the legal copyright owner. That is, please do not ask us to make copies of your favourite CD's or DVD's to sell illegally. We will not do it.
  3. Goods will not be shipped to any customer until full payment is received. Invoices will only be sent to regular customers after written agreement from us. 
  4. bigdog digital will not be held responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. It is advisable that valuable items sent to us are covered by insurance. If you require insurance for return of items please let us know, though note that the extra charges will be added to your delivery.
  5. We expect that you will like our service & products. Please do not be surprised if we ask your opinion on our service - anything we can do to improve our service, assist your sales & make your life easier is our aim.
